Georgetown University National Center for Cultural Competence (NCCC) is conducting a second set of virtual forums for providers of intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) supports and services in New York State.
These forums are designed to assess the self-described capacity of voluntary providers: 1) to support all persons with IDD and their families across racial, ethnic, linguistic, cultural, and other identity groups; and 2) provide such services in the diverse communities and geographic areas of the State.
These forums are fully endorsed by OPWDD. All data from the forums will be analyzed and shared publicly in a report with short- and long-term recommendations to advance cultural and linguistic competence and systems change.
Your thoughts and experiences matter!

The Provider Forums will be conducted in English and American Sign Language (ASL).
